    For your inquiry and quotations, we will send our responses via the email address or via Facebook Messenger you have provided within 5 days from date of submission. For your reservations, we require at least 1 week to 3 weeks reservation ahead of cake date. Please observe this term and condition as The Fairy Boss bakes, designs and decorates all orders single-handedly.     1. It is mandatory requirement to provide us accurate billing and shipping information (such as name, address, email and contact number) for easier communication.

    2. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required before processing your order for events or bulk orders at least one month ahead. This amount is non refundable once confirmed. For single cake orders, payments are required to be settled to book and block the date for your event or in full no later than one week prior to cake date and are non-refundable once cake requirements are acquired from the supplier already. A rush fee of 25% of order total will be charged for rush orders or late payments that will require us shorter than our regular timeframe required for preparations and production.

    3. We will notify you thru text/call/email/fb messages upon receipt of your completed order forms, copy of deposit slip, and completion of your orders.

    5. Upon verification and confirmation of your full payment (including all shipping and handling fees) your order will be delivered on or before agreed date of event. Delivery of finished products is contingent upon the ability of Sweet Indulgence by Rika to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. All client meetings, food tasting, and deliveries are subject to availability of Sweet Indulgence by Rika, we reserve the rights to refuse unreasonable situations. 

    6. All delivery and handling fees must be settled by the customer, we reserve the right to ask for additional fees depending on the area/location of delivery address.

    7. As all chocolate items, we advise that orders upon receipt of clients, be stored/kept in room temperature or cool place to prevent treats from melting or sweating.

    8. As of all fondant cakes and cupcakes, we advise to keep them at room temperature. Never in contact with direct heat, any form of liquid nor be stored in the fridge as this will cause the fondant designs and decors to melt/bleed/sweat or deform.

    * No Bogus buyer/Joy reservers, such will be posted in our "Joy Reservers/Bogus Buyers" album for public view

    * No return, no exchange

    * At least 1 week reservation only. For rush orders,  please notify us so we can check availability. 

    *Changes in delivery time, date and venue must be done at least 5 days before original Event Date.

    * Delivery fee will be shouldered by the client
