多謝閣下選購本公司產品,本代理為有關產品的提供由購買日起計十二個月之免費保養服務,請仔細參閱下列保養條款,並於購買日起計十日內把此保用證寄回本公司︰ 1. 為保障閣下權益,如產品在購買日起七天內出現故障,可向原購買商號更換相同型號之新品;而由第八天起閣下則需將有關產品送往本公司維修部享受保養服務。 2. 閣下必須向本公司職員出示有效之購買單據方能享受免費保養服務: (1)本保用證及 (2)購買該產品之收據或發票的正本。如未能提供上述文件者會自動喪失相應保養服務之權利,本公司有權就相關的維修服務收取維修費及零件費。 3. 上門維修服務只限於SPT指定型號之雙頭爐具、專業用爐具或抽油煙機,其餘系列產品一律只設自攜產品到本公司維修部進行保養。(註1:切勿經購買商號轉交回本公司;註2:澳門、離島、東涌及其他交通不便之偏僻地方,均不設有上門維修保養服務,需另行收取行政費及出勤費;註3:所有SPT系列產品均適用本保用證。) 4. 保養服務只針對正常使用情況下出現的機件故障,如產品經本公司技術員查實為 (a)人為損壞;(b)曾有非本公司技術人員恣意打開機身外殼、改編或修理;(c)曾因錯誤操作、疏忽使用、錯誤安裝、天災或不可抗外力破壞而引致之損壞;(d)因電壓不正常導致機件或電路操作失靈;(e)因使用接觸面大於有效工作範圍/不適當/過重之外置器具(鍋具、容器等)而引致的故障或損壞;(f)產品上之機身編號 (Serial No.) 曾被刪改;(g)封條被撕破;(h)有異物不當進入機器內,此保養服務將自動失效 (以上各點均可成為獨立原因)。 5. 免費保養服務範圍只限於維持電路部分之正常運作,不包括非電路部分運作上的問題。贈品、隨機附件、附助用配件、外表裝飾、機器外殼及底座、鍋具(包括隨機附設的內膽)、陶瓷面板、電源線、電源插頭、風扇扇葉、扇網、所有陶瓷及玻璃部分、活動輪、支架、螺絲/絲帽、支撐腳架、發熱毡線控、毡體、發熱絲等等均不設維修或更換。 6. 下列損耗性零件僅提供由購買日期起計為期三個月之免費保養:遙控器、充電池、照明產品之燈管、暖風機發熱管等。 7. 保養期內,本公司有權使用環保電路板/環保零件進行維修及保養,並對所更換的全部零件有最終擁有權。為避免閣下錯誤使用引致任何故障/意外,所有更換後之任何損壞零件均屬本公司所有,本公司有權作任何處理而不得異議。而保養期外,本公司有權對所更換出來的一切零件作出處理以保安全。 8. 如家用系列之產品經查實被用於工、商業用途/場所,將不在保養服務之列,本公司有權收取相應之維修費及零件費。 9. 受保產品不在指定保養地區範圍內(香港及澳門特別行政區),此保養服務即自動失效。 10. 已通知認領的送修物件有三個月有效存放期(或由送修日期起計六個月),限期過後物件仍未被領回,本公司有權自行處理有關產品而不得異議 (根據維修單據上日期計以較長者為準)。 11. 保養期已過的產品將作另行報價;而已更換之收費零件將獲三個月之保養(上述第4點所指項目不適用於此例)。 12. 本保用證的發出及終止權均屬本公司所有,就不明白的情況或個案經審查後,本公司有權拒絕發出及終止以上服務。 香港維修地址:香港新界荃灣沙咀道381-389號榮亞工業大廈2字樓C室 電話: 852-2480 6228 澳門維修地址:澳門俾利喇街110號粵華廣場6樓D座 電話: 853-2852 7561 * 本保用證以中文本為準,本公司對任何售後服務保留最終解釋權。
Terms and conditions
Thank you for purchasing our product. Maintenance service will be effective only when this Warranty Certificate has been properly filled in, and received by Gold Best Limited (hereinafter called “the company”) within 10 days from purchase. The company will provide a 12-month maintenance service for end user. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully: 1. In order to protect consumer’s right, if there is any defect occurred within 7 days, customer can return it to retail store for replacement (same model). Then, customer will enjoy a maintenance service in our maintenance service center from the 8th day. 2. Original Warranty Certificate and purchase invoice/receipt should be presented before maintenance service. If any one of documents is missing, labor cost and component(s) cost will be charged accordingly. 3. On-site maintenance will be only provided to specific model(s) in categories such as double zones cooker, commercial single zone cooker and range hoods; the rest categories of goods will only obtain a carry-in maintenance service. (Note 1: Do not return any defected item through retail store. Note 2: On-site maintenance does not cover Macau SAR, outlying islands in HK SAR, Tung Chung and inaccessible remote areas. Customer can pay an extra service charge and transportation fare for on-site service in designated place. Note 3: This Warranty Certificate is applied to all series appliances of SPT.) 4. Maintenance service will be invalid when one or some of the following situations occur: (a) artificially damaged, (b) product(s) has been disassembled, modified or fixed by a technicians who is not authorized by the company, (c) defect caused by improper usage, negligence, improper installation or natural disaster, (d) defect caused by incorrect voltage, (e) defect or damage caused by using oversized contact area / unsuitable / overweight cookware, (f) serial number label has been corrected or removed, (g) seal is removed or broken, (h) foreign matter enters into machine, etc. 5. Warranty only applies to electric components liked PC board, and not include damage and lost of items such as premium, spare parts, accessories, decoration, products shell and base, cookware (associated inner pot), ceramic glass, power cord, plug, fan blade, fan guard, all ceramic or glass parts, casters, tubes, nut and gasket, stands, wire control of electric heating carpet / underblanket, carpet / underblanket module, inner heating wire, etc. 6. The warranty period of following depreciable component is only for three months: remote control, rechargeable batteries, lamp and heating pipe, etc. 7. Recycled parts may be used in normal maintenance services. The company reserves the right to destroy or abolish replaced part whenever the warranty period is valid or expired. 8. If the household product(s) is/are found which is used for industrial or commercial purpose / arena, the warranty will be voided, or the company has the right to charge for the service fee and component(s) accordingly. 9. Warranty is just valid for appliance used in Hong Kong and Macau SAR. 10. The fixed product(s) will be kept for 3-month when a collection noted issued (or 6-month storage after carried in). Otherwise, the company reserves the right to abolish it independently without prior notice. (a longer period shall prevail according to the date of Service Working Slip). 11. Repair fee [cost of Labor & Component(s)] will be charged accordingly when warranty period is expired. 3-month warranty will be given to specific fixed part(s). 12. In case of any dispute about the warranty, the company reserves the right to make final judgment and decision.
