1. No runner below 18 yrs. old is allowed to register unless with parental consent. 2. Registration form is transferable but non-refundable if participant is unable to attend the race. However no transfer of registration will be allowed on the day of the race. Non-refund of entry fee if the event is cancelled by reason beyond the control of the organizers. 3. Race bib numbers must be worn at all times during the race. It should be pinned in front of the running shirt. NO RACE BIB, NO ENTRANCE. Runners with no race bib will be pulled out from the race. 4. All wheeled vehicles including bikes, strollers, motorcycles NOT BELONGING TO THE MARSHALS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE RACE COURSE. 5. Participants who begin before the actual start time of his/her race category will be disqualified. Likewise, participants who do not start within 10 minutes from respective flag off will be disqualified and may not be allowed to start. 6. Drinking water will be provided at the finish line and at selected points along the course. Medical aid will be also available at certain points along the route and at the finish line. 7. All protests related to the results must be made in writing and submitted to the Race Organizer within 30 minutes after the Official announcement of winners. A Protest Fee of P 1,000.00 will be collected for every written protest made. 8. A runner who may not be physically fit to finish the course within the cut-off time will be advised to board the marshal vehicle. If he insists on continuing the race, he hereby acknowledges and agrees that he does so in his own volition and risk.

I certify that I am in good health and have prepared for this event.
