NOW HIRING IN GAZA - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ayyam Al Masrah / Theatre Day Productions is a non-profit company working in Gaza since 1995 in the field of drama and youth theatre. In the framework of restructuring the company, Ayyam Al Masrah is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
Responsibilities & Competencies:

A-   Co- leadership of the company with the artistic director.

B-   Responsible for the company regarding relations with institutions, government institutions, educational institutions, NGO’s, locally and internationally.

C-   Responsible for safeguarding all legal issues relevant to the company.

D-   Responsible for annual and multiple year budgets.

E-    Network in the relevant donor community and organize donor visits to the company.

F-    Head of fund-raising and reporting for the company.

G-   In charge of personnel, including all contracts.

H-   Responsible for procurement.

I-     Participates in making the year activity plan.

J-    Responsible for all Public Relations material produced and disseminated.
Qualifications:

A-   Relevant MA and a minimum of 5 year experience in administrative management of a cultural or otherwise community related private or public organization in Palestine.

B-   Knowledge and appreciation of the performing arts in Gaza, Palestine, and in general.

C-   Profound knowledge of fundraising procedures.

D-   Profound knowledge of narrative and financial reporting for NGOs.

E-    Access to donor networks.

F-    Affiliation with the world of children, youth, and young adults.

G-   Excellent computer skills (in all programs needed to run the company).

H-   Excellent written and spoken Arabic language skills.

I-     Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

J-    Excellent communication skills for liaison with international donors and NGOs as well as community and government institutions.

K-   Excellent leadership skills, cooperative skills, and an excellent ability to work in a team.
