How to Apply:

Dear Parent/Legal Guardian,

Thank you for choosing to apply to Island Christian Academy.

The online application will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete and upload the required documents. Please allow yourself enough time to complete the application. If for some reason, you do not have enough time to complete this form, there is an option to save and come back to it later. The questions marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and require an answer.

Before starting the application, please have the following documents on your computer, ready to upload, to ensure a smooth and efficient process:
- Applicant’s recent passport size photo
- Applicant's birth certificate
- Applicant's passport
- Applicant's Hong Kong ID (if applicable)
- Applicant’s valid Hong Kong visa stamp (if applicable)
- Applicant’s school reports (in ENGLISH) from the last two academic years
- Applicant’s most recent educational psychologist’s or medical reports (if applicable)
Please also have the following information available (upload is not necessary):
- Both parents' passport details
- Both parents’ Hong Kong ID card number (if applicable)
- Both parents’ valid Hong Kong visa expiry date (if applicable)
An application fee in the amount of HK$2,000 is payable BEFORE you can submit your online application.

The completed application form along with all required documents can be submitted online.
The non-refundable, non-transferable and non-deferrable application fee in the amount of HK$2,000 is payable BEFORE you complete the submission process.
Applicants can apply one year before commencement. An application is only valid for the academic year for which you seek admission.
The application process is not complete until the parents receive an acknowledgement of application, all required documents are submitted and the application fee is duly paid.
An application is not a guarantee for admission to the School.
