凝動卓越舊生持續運動獎學金（第一階段報告）The IHKSports Scholarship for Continuing Training (Phase 1)

第一階段 - 開始訓練課程的月份起首四個月

（例：如果2025年1月開始訓練，第一階段即2025年1月至4月）

得獎者須遞交此階段內所有收據證明及課程出席證明。逾期遞交的報告將不獲處理
獲獎舊生需留意提交所有有關文件的截止日期，本會會於每年以下指定三個月份統一處理發放各階段獎學金事宜，以方便行政安排。

First Phase - First 4 months since the month when your training course begins

(E.g. If your training course begins in January 2025, the First Phase is January to April 2025)

Please upload the programme receipt and certificate of attendance within this period. Report handed in after the deadline will not be considered.
Awardees are required to submit all relevant documents before the deadline. IHKSports will handle and dispatch scholarship instalments in three specific months every year for administrative convenience.
