What happens next?
After your practical assessment and oral questioning, you are required to complete an incident report which is based on the incident you captured during your practical assessment.

STEP 1:
Using your notes, together with the screen image captures that you took (these will be emailed to you), please complete your incident report form (Numbered as 9 incident Report 4 – Practical Assessment).

STEP 2:
Also, if you have not yet completed your ‘fault log’, please also complete this (Numbered as 7 CCTV Control Centre: Fault Log).

STEP 3:
Finally, please could you complete our course feedback form (Numbered as 10 Course Feedback Form).
