3 Day Pre-Kindergarten Application For Enrollment

Where Children Want to go to School
Applicants should be at least 3 years old by their date of entry

A non-refundable fee of $50.00 must accompany this application.
Please also include a photograph of your child and the completed Confidential Developmental History form.

The applicant’s information will be reviewed after the all of the following have been completed and submitted:
1. Student & Parent/Guardian Info Form
2. Student Confidential Developmental History Form
3. $50 non-refundable application processing fee paid
The AWS 3-day Pre-K program is for children ages three to four years old.
Classes meet Tuesday – Thursday from 8:00am – 12:15pm. Afternoon care is available (see Lunch Bunch option).
