AWS - 3 Day Pre-Kindergarten Application For Enrollment

Applicants should be at least 3 years old and potty trained by their date of entry.

The applicant’s information will be reviewed after all of the following have been completed and submitted:
1. Student & Parent/Guardian Info Form
2. Student Confidential Developmental History Form
3. Release of Records Form (for children transferring from another school)
4. $50 non-refundable application processing fee paid
The AWS 3-day Pre-K program is for children ages three to four years old.
Classes meet 3 days a week, Tuesday – Thursday from 8:00am – 12:15pm.
Afternoon care is available (see Lunch Bunch option).

Lunch Bunch Option: This afternoon program offers children an opportunity to stay at school to eat lunch, rest, and have another brief period of outdoor play before dismissal at 2:50pm.*

My child needs to remain at school until the 2:50 PM dismissal on Tuesday and Wednesday. (Thursday dismissal is at 12:15 PM for students in PreK - Grade 5, unless signed up for an aftercare program.)My child does not need Lunch Bunch
