By signing this form, you (1) give permission to your child to participate in the St. Finn Barr Athletics Program, (2) agree to abide by the bylaws of the Athletics Program (which is contained in the Handbook), (3) understand that you are responsible for providing any and all medical coverage for your child, (4) understand that medical insurance may not be provided by St. Finn Barr School, (5) release and hold harmless St. Finn Barr School, the Parish and all leaguers should your child be injured while participating in the Athletics Program, (6) agree that by signing below you authorize the Athletic Administrator to register your child in the league above, (7) agree to pay all penalties and fees incurred if your child is withdrawn from the team after entries to leagues have been made and all forfeiture fees caused by your child missing a game unexcused, (8) agree to pay the replacement fee if your child’s uniform is returned damaged, and (9) agree to participate in all mandatory fundraisers or pay the non-participation fee.

Please Note: Baseball is age-based not grade-based. Players are allowed to play 1 division up but cannot play down.
- Pinto Modified Kid Pitch (8U,7U):
  DOB: September 1st, 2013 – August 31st, 2015
  A modified Kid-Pitch division where player pitching is introduced. Modifications are in place to allow for coach pitching when player pitching is unsuccessful (i.e. excessive walks allowed). Outs are enforced and 3 outs ends the half inning.
  Base paths are 60′ and pitching distance is 40′. Games played on Saturdays.
- Mustang (10U, 9U):
  DOB: September 1st, 2011 – August 31st, 2013
  Strictly a player pitch division. Lead-offs and stealing are allowed. Follows Major League Baseball rules with some PONY and SFYBL modifications.
  Base paths are 60′ and pitching distance is 46′. Games played on Saturdays and some Wednesday nights.
- Bronco (12U,11U)
  DOB: September 1st, 2009 – August 31st, 2011
Follows Major League Baseball rules with some PONY and SFYBL modifications.

Base paths are 70′ and pitching distance is 50′. Games played on Saturdays and some Tuesday nights.
