    Tuition payments will be remitted to Sacred Heart Parish School using FACTS Management. Payment options include, 10 monthly payments, bi-annual or annual payments. You can select payments to be made by ACH withdrawals, credit card or check. Adjustments for financial aid awards will be made by the school office. Tuition installments begin in August.

    Tuition Plans:

    Plan 1: Monthly at Active Parishioner Rate Ten installments of $612.50, $1,164.50, $1,654.50, $2,070.00 beginning August 2022 through May, 2023.

    Plan 2: Monthly at Standard rate Ten installments of $757.50, $1,472.50, $2,115.50, $2,700.00 beginning August 2022 through May 2023.

    Plan 3: Annually One tuition payment paid in full by August 5 or 20, 2022.

    Plan 4: Bi-Annually Two payments paid August 5 or 20, 2022 and January 5 or 20, 2023.

    Application of Your Payments

    Your payments will be used to satisfy your tuition obligation to Sacred Heart Parish School and will be applied to the tuition balance and/or returned item fees.

    Returned Item Fee and Process

    All items returned from your bank, for any reason, will be assessed a $35.00 Returned Item Fee.  This fee will be billed and is payable to FACTS.

    Exclusion from Classes

    If a tuition account remains unpaid on the 1st of the following month, your child/children may be excluded from classes until the proper payment has been made.  No student will be allowed to take part in any school related activities, receive a report card or be granted a diploma until all indebtedness to the school has been resolved.

    It is agreed that for the education services provided, I/we are jointly obligated to pay tuition to Sacred Heart Parish School for my/our child(s) enrolled in the 2022-2023 school year.  The amount may be reduced by financial aid, if applicable. Said payment plan will be made in accordance with the tuition plan selected below.

  • I/We, the undersigned parent(s) or legal guardian(s), request admission of the above-listed child/children into Sacred Heart Parish School for the 2022-2023 school year. In consideration of such admission, I/We agree to abide by the following conditions of enrollment:

  • THIS REGISTRATION FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE COLLECTED THROUGH YOUR FACTS ACCOUNT

  • Families requesting the parish rate for tuition must complete the parishioner rate form and submit the form by March 12, 2022.

  • (All accounts (tuition, fees, family service, etc.) for the 2021-2022 school year must be reconciled prior to your child(ren)’s graduation or admission for the 2022-2023 academic year).

  • Please Note: Contracts will not be considered complete unless all the required forms are completely filled out, including checking items 1 through 8 above.
