Tuition payments will be remitted to Sacred Heart Parish School using FACTS Management. Payment options include, 10 monthly payments, bi-annual or annual payments. You can select payments to be made by ACH withdrawals, credit card or check. Adjustments for financial aid awards will be made by the school office. Tuition installments begin in August.

Tuition Plans:

Plan 1: Monthly at Active Parishioner Rate Ten installments of $612.50, $1,164.50, $1,654.50, $2,070.00 beginning August 2022 through May, 2023.

Plan 2: Monthly at Standard rate Ten installments of $757.50, $1,472.50, $2,115.50, $2,700.00 beginning August 2022 through May 2023.

Plan 3: Annually One tuition payment paid in full by August 5 or 20, 2022.

Plan 4: Bi-Annually Two payments paid August 5 or 20, 2022 and January 5 or 20, 2023.

Terms of your 2022-2023 School Year Tuition Agreement:

Application of Your Payments

Your payments will be used to satisfy your tuition obligation to Sacred Heart Parish School and will be applied to the tuition balance and/or returned item fees.

Returned Item Fee and Process

All items returned from your bank, for any reason, will be assessed a $35.00 Returned Item Fee. This fee will be billed and is payable to FACTS.

Exclusion from Classes

If a tuition account remains unpaid on the 1st of the following month, your child/children may be excluded from classes until the proper payment has been made. No student will be allowed to take part in any school related activities, receive a report card or be granted a diploma until all indebtedness to the school has been resolved.

It is agreed that for the education services provided, I/we are jointly obligated to pay tuition to Sacred Heart Parish School for my/our child(s) enrolled in the 2022-2023 school year. The amount may be reduced by financial aid, if applicable. Said payment plan will be made in accordance with the tuition plan selected below.

I/We, the undersigned parent(s) or legal guardian(s), request admission of the above-listed child/children into Sacred Heart Parish School for the 2022-2023 school year. In consideration of such admission, I/We agree to abide by the following conditions of enrollment:

1. I/We agree to pay a registration fee of $375.00 per student.

THIS REGISTRATION FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE COLLECTED THROUGH YOUR FACTS ACCOUNT

2. I/We specifically agree to pay attorney fees, contract/statutory interest, late charges and cost for non-payment of tuition contract on non-performance of the terms and conditions set forth in the handbook.

4. Optional: I/We understand that the approximate cost of educating one student is $7,800.00 per year. Therefore, I/we are making a voluntary tax deductible contribution in the amount of $_________ to help cover the difference. Donations made payable to the “Sacred Heart Aid to Catholic Education Fund”.

5. I/We agree to contribute forty (40) hours of FAMILY SERVICE, with mandatory participation in the Fall Festival, Holiday Home Tour and Crab Feed. I/We understand that failure to fulfill all of the required hours will result in an additional fee to be imposed during registration the following year. (See Family Handbook for guidelines)

6. I/We agree to fulfill our commitment to pay tuition and fees to Sacred Heart Parish School. If my/our family is unable to honor our commitments on time, I/we will contact the principal immediately in writing to work out something that is agreeable and reasonable. I/We understand that the failure to honor financial commitments to Sacred Heart Parish School may result in terminating attendance privileges.

(All accounts (tuition, fees, family service, etc.) for the 2021-2022 school year must be reconciled prior to your child(ren)’s graduation or admission for the 2022-2023 academic year).

7. I/We agree that my/our child(ren) will abide by the school’s Code of Conduct and classroom rules, including uniform and dress code regulations. I/We understand that any breach of school policies by my/our child(ren) may result in disciplinary action. More serious cases may require expulsion from the school. I/We agree to accept liability for any serious actions resulting from vandalism or misuse of school property.

8. I/We agree to honor the school’s Mission Statement, School Philosophy and Schoolwide Learning Expectations. I/we agree to cooperate with the policies, standards and administrative operations stated in the Sacred Heart Parish School Family Handbook including all supplements or other amendments to the handbook. I/We understand that my/our family’s continual enrollment will depend upon the fulfillment of my/our responsibilities and adherence to the policies stated in this handbook.

Please Note: Contracts will not be considered complete unless all the required forms are completely filled out, including checking items 1 through 8 above.
