Pricing includes your ticket to the event: all general sessions, VGO activities, and new merch. Please purchase a ticket for every member of your family over the age of 5 years. Kids UNDER 5 years old are free. *Childcare will be provided during our General Session for kids under 5 years old (must be potty-trained).

Lodging:

We will be staying at Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in Round Rock, Texas for the duration of the retreat. AUS (Austin Bergstrom International Airport) is the best airport for you to fly into. Each individual family must make their own room reservations by visiting https://www.kalahariresorts.com or calling the Central Reservation Department at 1-877-KALAHARI (525-2427). You will receive room block instructions and our room block code via email after you submit this application.

By submitting this application and the registration fees, you will be confirmed to attend the 2023 Activate Retreat for Valor Global Online. The registration fee is $285 per person. This fee covers the Valor conference, swag, onsite technical support, and access to community and parent coaching, including your advocates. This fee does NOT include your lodging or meals.

If I choose to cancel my Activate Retreat registration on July 1st, 2023 or after, all registration fees paid are non-refundable. *Please note: This only includes fees paid to Valor Global Online. Please reach out to Kalahari Resort for their policy on cancellations/refunds.
