While PCS makes every effort to maintain accurate and complete student transcripts of courses and grades, occasionally errors are found. THE STUDENT (with his/her parents) SHARES THE RESPONSIBILTY TO CAREFULLY REVIEW THE INFORMATION INCLUDED ON THE TRANSCRIPT AND REPORT ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS TO THE PCS REGISTRAR as soon as discovered.

The PCS office will make every effort to honor requests in a timely manner. However, a one-week turnaround should be expected, so please plan accordingly.
