2025 Beehively Rollover

It Is ROLLOVER Time!

This year you can do rollover on your own, whenever it works best for you. That said, our team is still happy to jump on a meeting and do it with you, or continue to do it for you! Rollover will start in June 10th, 2025 and all schools will have completed rollover by August 15 , 2025.

We have designed the rollover process to smoothly transition your school from one year to the next. Through this process we will:

Move students to the next grade level
Add new families, remove families that are leaving
Archive attendance and grade book details
Set-up grade books for the next school year

So all we need from you right now is about 5 minutes to answer a few questions below to get your rollover scheduled!

We will be holding a webinar in August with information about new features and sharing some friendly reminders to get the school year off to a great start!
