- The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the allocated slots due to unforeseen venue restrictions or requirements.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify the overall event layout as deemed necessary for the successful execution of the event. This may necessitate adjustments to previously allocated slots.
  The Organizer reserves the right to revoke the booking entirely in the event of the Exhibitor's non-compliance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
