New Student Enrollment
Once a new student is accepted, the full non-refundable registration fee must be paid before space is reserved for that student.
Continuous Enrollment of Current Students
Once a student has been enrolled at First Lutheran School they will be automatically re-enrolled each school year, unless written notice to request withdrawal has been provided. The registration fee for the following school year will be billed in April and June.
Acceptance of Terms
As parent(s) or guardians of the child named in this application, I agree:
- To support the objectives of First Lutheran School by cooperating with the teachers and administration in all matters, including my student's faithful and prompt attendance, completion of assignments, and the exercise of Christian discipline and training
- To pay tuition charges, applicable day care charges, and other required fees according to the schedule established by First Lutheran School.
- To provide data required by the school, such as a birth certificate and health and immunization records.
- To promptly inform the First Lutheran School Office of any changes in addresses or phone numbers for the student, parents/guardians and emergency contacts.
Application Fee
The application fee is $100.00 and includes the admissions screening. All application fees are non-refundable.
After the application is submitted, families will be directed to Cheddar Up to complete the application fee. Applications are reviewed and time-stamped only after payment has been received and verified.
For your convenience, families applying for multiple students may add more than one application fee in Cheddar Up and submit a single payment. A separate application must still be completed for each student.
