I will not hold Level Up Skills responsible for any loss, damage or injury to the participant or his/her belongings or claim for any injury or impairment the participant may incur during the duration of the activity.

I understand that Level Up Skills reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program prior or during the Term.

I also give my persmission for my son/daughter to be photographed and that Level Up Skills has the right to publish these images for promotional purposes.

I understand that the booking is finalised ONLY upon receiving the full payment by Level Up Skills.
