Pre-paid Deposit Policy
We're a small business and every hour counts. We kindly ask for your consideration in regards to scheduling and canceling appointments.
When you schedule, we are placing our technician on hold for your service. To keep our charges at a minimum, we ask for a deposit in the amount of our standard trip-charge when scheduling.
- The prepaid trip-charge covers the cost of the arrival of an experienced, licensed, bonded & insured locksmith to your location.
- It does not cover the work that will be done by the technician to take care of your issues. Our technician will be driving a truck stocked with the most common inventory and ready to perform a multitude of tasks.
For a full refund of the Trip Charge, email us at refunds@acmelocksmith.com, at least 24 business hours in advance to reschedule/cancel.
Please do not call or come into a store. It's important that we get your refund request to the team member that is aware of it and can process it for you.
In the event we do not recieve a cancellation call 24 business hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable and will not be waived or applied to the cost of future services if it is necessary to reschedule and/or make an additional trip to the job site.
Please note, discounts based on your selected time window will be applied at time of service.
