Youth Membership is open to former students of NPS aged 20 and below. Youth Members are involved in activities such as Graduation Night and Youth Alumni Camp. Youth Membership is free.

Ordinary Membership is open to former students of NPS aged 21 and above, provided that they are not currently studying in secondary school, junior college, or centralised institute. Ordinary Members are involved in activities such as fund-raising and school support. Ordinary Membership is $100 for lifetime.
