  • SUPPORTING IMAGES:

    You may submit up to five images in support of your proposal. Please include a caption (see example below) for each image.

    • You may submit the images via email; include images as an attachment, or by post on disc, clearly marked with your name, name of programme and your contact information.
    • Images must be 300dpi with width or height of more than 1200px

  • ■ Performance Guidelines

    6 groups will be chosen through auditions, 2 groups from Malaysia, 4 from foreign countries.

    Each performance will be about 20 minutes.

    The performers will be given rehearsal space on the days preceding the performance.

    The performances will be split across the days of the conference (Aug 27 & 28).

    FACP, a non-profit organization, has a limited budget so there will be no performance fees. FACP Penang will offer the following compensation instead:

    1. accommodation, with breakfast will be provided (2 twin rooms, maximum 2 nights)
    2. ground transportation in Penang (Airport - Hotel – Venue) will be provided
    3. a travel allowance of US$500 per person / up to a US$2000 maximum per group, is paid by FACP to cover airfares and related travelling expenses.
    4. Larger groups will cover any cost exceeding US$2000 by themselves. (FACP $1,000 + FACP Penang organizers $1,000)

    4. Video of the performance on DVD, or as video file via WeTransfer Link, or similar.

    FACP should be announcing the selection results on or before April 23, 2016.
