Health and Vaccination 健康狀況及防疫注射

• Hong Kong Dog Rescue (HKDR) requires proof of current vaccination of rabies, DHPPiL (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus and Leptospirosis) and Bordatella. All vaccinations must be conducted by a registered veterinary surgeon and not less than 7 days prior to the first lesson.
  You confirm that your dog has completed his/her required course of vaccinations and is currently up to date with his/her schedule. You understand that vaccination certificate must be submitted to HKDR trainer by the first lesson as proof in order for your dog to participate in any classes. 
  救狗之家要求所有參加課堂的狗狗必須於開課前7天或以前，已由註冊獸醫注射有效疫苗 (包括狂犬病、狗瘟、肝炎、鈎端螺旋體病、副流行性感冒、腸炎、狗房咳)。
  閣下證實已報讀課程的狗隻已接受上述疫苗注射，而該疫苗直至課程完結時仍然有效。閣下明白必須於第一節課時向導師出示有效醫生證明文件，否則閣下之狗隻將不能出席餘下課程。
• You understand and agree that your dog must be in good health to attend the class. You agree to inform HKDR at least 1 day prior to the commencement of each lesson if your dog is ill, or has received recent veterinary attention, and can provide the medical details if required. You further understand that participation in the course is at the discretion of the HKDR trainer in charge of the course.
  閣下明白及同意已報讀課程的狗隻必須健康狀況良好才能參與課堂。假若狗狗生病或正接受治療，閣下同意會於每節課前最少1天通知救狗之家，並在有需要情況下提供相關資料。閣下同意救狗之家的導師有權決定狗狗是否可以繼續參與課堂。

Participation 課堂參與

• HKDR welcomes you and your family members or human friends (up to 4 in total) to join us to work with your dog. Please register your attendance with our HKDR trainer at the beginning of the lesson. Junior members of the family are also welcome. Their attendance must be under the supervision of a parent to ensure the safety and comfort of every human and dog in the class. 
  救狗之家歡迎閣下帶同親友(每組總人數不超過4位)參與課堂，共同訓練狗狗。請在課堂開始前與導師登記。年幼的家庭成員同樣可以參與，不過必須由家長陪同，以確保孩童及其他學員的安全，並且不會影響課堂秩序。

• HKDR encourages you and your dog to attend all lessons in a course and follow our HKDR trainer’s instruction to practise, in order to achieve the best training result.
  救狗之家建議閣下與狗狗出席所有課堂參與訓練，並遵從導師指示進行練習，以達至最佳訓練效果。

• If your dog is not able to come to a lesson, HKDR strongly recommends that you and your human companions still attend. If, however, you or your human companions cannot attend a lesson, relevant homework materials will be sent to you by our HKDR trainer via e-mail. We regret that we are unable to offer make-up classes.
  若狗狗無法上課，救狗之家強烈建議閣下及親友繼續出席課堂，以學習技巧並回家進行練習。如閣下因事未能出席，導師會將相關課程內容以電郵方式教授。抱歉救狗之家將不會提供補課安排。

• If typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or a rainstorm red/black warning is issued at 9am, all lessons on that day will be cancelled and postponed one week. Make-up class will be scheduled after discussion between HKDR trainer and all participants in subsequent lesson.
  如上課當日早上9時香港天文台懸掛紅色暴雨、八號熱帶氣旋或以上之警告信號，所有課堂將取消並順延一星期，屆時再由導師與學員商討補課安排。

• Video and tape recording are NOT permitted in the class. 
  課堂期間嚴禁錄影。

Safety安全

• In order to protect all participants in a class, HKDR reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog who presents behaviour issues that may disruptive, or that may be exacerbated by participation in a group class. It is the owner’s responsibility to notify HKDR their dog’s behaviour issues in the application form. If any behaviour issues are discovered during a course and the trainer determines that it is in everyone's best interest that you seek private consultation, you will be recommended to stop bringing your dog in remaining classes. HKDR strongly recommends that you and your human companions still attend. If, however, you or your human companions cannot attend a lesson, relevant homework materials will be sent to you by our HKDR trainer via e-mail. We regret that no refund or make-up classes will be provided.  
  課堂以小組形式授課，個別狗隻可能會出現激動、甚至危險的行為，為了保障其他學員的安全與權益，閣下有責任於報名表格內詳細列明狗隻的行為問題，導師有權拒絕個別狗隻參與課程。如狗隻的行為問題於課程中期出現，導師或會按實際需要，建議相關學員停止帶狗隻參與餘下課堂。救狗之家強烈建議閣下及親友繼續出席課堂，以學習技巧並回家進行練習。如閣下因事未能出席，導師會將相關課程內容以電郵方式教授。抱歉救狗之家將不會提供退款及補課安排。

• You understand that attendance of the course is not without risk to yourself, members of your family or guests who may attend, or to your dog. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold HKDR and our trainers free from any and all liability or claims by any member of your family or any other person accompanying you to any training session or function of HKDR as a result of any action by any dog, including your own.
  閣下明白參與課堂將存在一定風險。閣下同意會就閣下之狗隻對他人或其他動物所造成的任何傷害承擔一切責任及賠償，並不會就閣下、閣下之狗隻或親友在課程期間所受到的任何傷害向救狗之家及其導師作出任何形式之追究。

Refund 退款

• Refunds are provided only for class cancellations made by HKDR.
  除非由救狗之家主動提出取消課程，否則所有已繳付的學費恕不退還。

• If the minimum enrollment number for a course is not met 3 days prior to the first lesson, the course will be cancelled. We will notify you 3 days before the first lesson to offer you the chance to retain a credit with us for a future course or receive a full refund.
  如果在課程開始前3天仍然收生不足，課程將會取消。救狗之家會於課程開始前3天發出通知，閣下可選擇將學費留待未來課程使用，或選擇退回全部費用。
