Notes to Applicants

Date: New classes starting from 4 Mar 2017 (Every Saturday except public holiday)

Venue: Ko Shan Theatre New Wing Singing Practice Room

Course Details:

 

11:00am - 12:15pm		For age 8 and above	HK$1,380 / 2 months
12:00noon - 1:00pm		For age 4 and above	HK$1,200 / 2 months

Remarks:

1. Once paid, course fee will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.

2. Choir Member agrees to wear performance attire at member’s expense when participating in required lesson and performance.

3. Audiotaping, videotaping and photo taking during lessons, rehearsals or performances are not permitted, except with the prior permission of The Opera Society of Hong Kong and its instructor.

4. Choir member is required to keep the premises clean and tidy. Food and drinks should be consumed outside teaching, practicing and performing venues.

5. The Opera Society of Hong Kong reserves the sole right to amend, add to and/or remove course content and arrangements without prior notice. The right to admit and disqualify members due to personal conduct, level of performance, attendance, discipline and/or other like circumstances shall vest with the Society at all times.

Fee Submission: 

• Please bank in to HSBC# 500-867569-001 under “The Opera Society of Hong Kong”.
• Bi-monthly tuition fee should be paid on or before the 1st day of every 2 months commencing on Aug 2016. Official payment months are on the 1st day of February, April, June, August, October and December.
• Email bank in slip to development@opera.org.hk.

 

Bad Weather Arrangements:

In the interest of your children’s safety, the classes will be cancelled in the event of adverse weather conditions. Please note that the cut-off times stated have been assigned in order to allow your children and our instructors to travel safely to and from the site.

• Classes will be cancelled if the red/black rainstorm warning / Typhoon No. 8 or above  is still hoisted two hours before classes start.
• If the warning is lowered or downgraded two hours before lesson time, then classes will go ahead.
• All classes continue as normal under amber rainstorm warning, Typhoon No. 3 or below.
