Purpose of Registration
This registration is for artists seeking opportunities in the television industry, print advertisements, video commercials, and related media. Only serious candidates are advised to apply.
Commission Structure
A commission of 10% per project will be applicable if the total artist fee does not exceed ₹30,000.
If enrolled under Dedicated PR Services, the commission will be 15% per project.
Tenure of Registration
The registration will remain valid for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of registration.
Use of Artist’s Profile
Talent Originz Casting House reserves the right to use your photographs, videos, and profile details for casting purposes on our official website, social media platforms, and promotional material without additional remuneration or prior notice.
Mandatory Audition Clip
At least one audition or introduction video must be submitted at the time of or within a reasonable period after registration.
Audition Confirmation Protocol
For every audition call received from Talent Originz Casting House or its associates, the Artist must respond with a confirmation (“Yes” or “No”). Failure to attend a confirmed audition without prior intimation will result in removal of the Artist’s details from company records.
Promotion Exclusivity
Talent Originz Casting House only promotes registered artists. Unregistered candidates will not be entertained.
Confidentiality of Budget
Artists are strictly prohibited from discussing remuneration directly with the production house. Any violation will result in immediate termination of membership.
Availability & Communication
Artists unavailable for a certain period must inform the Casting House in advance. Privacy and confidentiality will be respected.
Code of Conduct
Any material submitted containing violence, obscenity, vulgarity, or nudity will be rejected. The Artist will be solely responsible for any legal or criminal consequences arising from such submissions.
Profile Updates
Registered artists are required to update their profiles regularly with current photographs, experience details, and contact information.
Registration Packages & Fees
Premium Starter Package (₹2,000/-)
Includes profile creation and shortlisted audition updates. Recommended for freshers and teenagers.
Basic Package (₹5,000/-)
Includes basic-level PR handling and profile management by Casting House associates.
Pro-Preference Package (₹7,500/-)
Includes advanced profile management with references, follow-ups, and personal involvement by Mr. Jiten Bhatt.
Platinum Package (₹10,000/-)
Includes seasonal conceptual shoots for our clothing brand Agni Kreationz®, along with selective audition updates.
Dedicated PR Service (₹25,000/-)
Includes all privileges of the above packages plus personalized PR management, direct casting opportunities (print, TV, film), and complete handling of social media profiles as per the artist’s instructions.
Installment Scheme (Applicable only for Pro-Preference, Platinum & PR Services)
- Installments must be paid on or before the 15th of every month.
- The Basic Package is not eligible for installment payments.
- Installments must be cleared within 3 months. Failure to do so will attract a 13% additional charge on the total package.
- Non-payment of dues will result in automatic cancellation of registration. No refunds will be provided for amounts already paid.
Amendments & Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions, along with company policies, are subject to revision from time to time at the sole discretion of Talent Originz Casting House.
The present Terms & Conditions have been revised and updated with effect from 1st October 2025. All registrations (existing and new) shall be governed by these updated policies, and by continuing registration, the Artist is deemed to have accepted the same.
