ShanghaiMamas is celebrating it's 10th Anniversary, and we couldn't be more excited! This year will be our biggest party ever, and we'd like to see if you want to be a part of it by having a table in our bazaar.
The celebration will take place on Saturday 22 October, 10am-3pm, at the Yew Chung International School's Hongqiao campus on Shuicheng Lu.
We anticipate a great deal of interest and table spaces are limited, so please complete and return this form at your earliest convenience, no later than Wednesday October 12. The sooner the better! We know there are many great NGOs, non-profits, charities and other community organizations here in Shanghai, but we only have so much space. We will notify all applicants of their status by Friday October 14.
Some basic information you might wish to know up front:
- There is no charge for the table.
- If approved your registration will cover admission for two people to staff your table. If you wish to have more people, they will need to purchase tickets. (100rmb earlybird/125rmb after 10 October.)
- Due to limited space, only 1 table per vendor will be allotted.
- Table is provided with 2 chairs, but you must provide your own table cover.
- No electricity will be available for use.
- Event is rain or shine.
