In an effort to contribute to the wellbeing of all members of our community, Al Shaheed Park's Management team developped and designed the "Fitness & Wellbeing" program at the park.
With a record of conducting the highest number of events per year, this program included various weekly activities ranging from high intensity running clubs and bootcamp training to lower intensity yoga sessions and more.
Helping us promote a more active & healthy lifestyle are the many collaborating individuals who have volunteered to take time out of their day to teach free fitness & wellness sessions at the park. By participating in this program, they were able to give back to the community, provide countless benefits to the public as well as gain personal benefits through their involvement in the park.
