The customer acknowledges receipt of the ‘Terms and Conditions’ as part of this Agreement. Customer agrees to the terms including, Credit Card Rate being $10 more per hour vs Cash rate quoted as well as labor & drive rate, minimum labor hours, fuel fee, packing materials required, overtime labor rates after 4pm or after 8 consecutive labor hours from dispatch on any single job if applicable as well as labor billing from the time of dispatch from carriers facility until return to carriers facility as set forth in the written estimate and agreement for moving services provided by Reliable Delivery LLC (a receipt of which customer acknowledges having received and understands the costs & terms). Customer agrees that if any information provided by them differs from the actual, that the actual amount billed or labor hours required may differ from the original estimate (e.g., including but not limited to: Packing labor time required on day of service, materials costs, inventory of items to be shipped being more than what was listed on quote request, unspecified stairs/elevators, unspecified overweight or oversized items). Carrier does not disassemble nor reassemble appliances, workout equipment and does not provide appliance hookups. We can provide a 3rd party point of contact for these items if requested in advance. Carrier is not liable for any property damage or inability to move these items if they are not already broken down or unhooked prior to your service appointment. All electronics i.e. TVs, computers, speakers, stereos, etc must be boxed in order for the carrier to insure these items at the valuation you selected. Please sign below and click submit.
