            3. We reserve the right to reject any entry for any category when the number of participants meet exceed our target or any other reason without notice.

            4. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to cancel, delay or postpone sue to unforeseen or unvoidable circumstances that is out of our controllable.

            5. Participants are not allowed to refund the registration fees for participants who do not eventually participate in the run for whatever reason after their registration has been confirmed
