Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where exchange request are not granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is stained, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
If an item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please call us immediately at 0917 550 7667 while our delivery personnel is still around so we can take action. Otherwise, you'll be responsible for the return charges or send your item to our showroom within 7 days.
No refund, we only allow exchange.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Send us a message via our Facebook page or email at email@example.com.
Once your exchange request is received and inspected, we will send you a reply to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, we will wait for the item to be returned to us then your exchange will be processed, and will be delivered when available.
To return your product, you should bring back the product to: Tindalo St., Monte Vista Subd., Industrial Valley, Marikina. Or on our pick-up point in Pinecrest Residential Resort in Newport, Pasay City.
Item may be picked up by our team. Hence, you will be responsible for paying for your delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. The cost of return delivery cost will be deducted.
Depending on availability and where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
