01. All players shall take part in a 7-round Swiss System individual event.
02. Time Control is 25 minutes + 10 seconds each.
03. Limited to 90 participants only.
04. Tie Break in order : Direct encounter, Buch Cut-1, Buch, Most black wins.
05. The Sabah Chess Association reserves the right to reject entries.
06. Dress code - casual with no short pants and slippers.
07. Registration close on 19 Apr 2017 (non-FIDE ID) and 25 Apr 2017 (with FIDE ID)
08. Walk-in registration WILL NOT be entertained.
