CHI-KA space is available to be rented 24/7. Still there are some dates that are reserved for Alserkal Avenue community and special events and exhibits held at our space. Let's get in touch and see what are the best dates for you.

An estimation of rental fees will be provided upon confirmation of receipt of this application. All additional equipment and additional time shall be added to this amount and invoiced to the lessee.

1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION BELOW!
You can always make a new application online at chikaspace.com/space-rental

2. We will send you a confirmation and a Venue Rental Agreement with Terms and Conditions. Your event will be considered on a temporary hold until CHI-KA executes the signed Venue Rental Agreement. Please sign and return your Venue Rental Agreement to same address or via email.

3. We will invoice you at the time of Booking and receive a 50% deposit.

4. Your final 50% payment is due a minimum of seven (7) days before your event date. You may pay by check, bank transfer, cash or credit card (for an additional fee) at our location in Alserkal Avenue 69, Dubai.

5. You arrive for your event setup as per your request.
I, the lessee have filled out the ONLINE RENTAL APPLICATON form and understand that the space will be available based solely on the times I have provided. I understand that I have a maximum lease time as listed on this form. I understand that failure to remove all persons and property from the facility after my event, will result in a bill for additional hours. I understand the cancellation policy as detailed on the VENUE RENTAL AGREEMENT and agree to pay for any cancellation charges.
