IMPORTANT NOTES PERTAINING TO BSBT101 LECTURES
These lectures are principally designed for students, but the Lecturer, Prof D. A. Carson, has graciously agreed to open them to the public. However, at his request, only ETCAsia students will be permitted to ask questions during the sessions.
Based on previous event numbers with Prof D. A. Carson, it is expected that the registration tickets will run out quickly. It is equally important to us to adhere to the venue's official capacity limits, thereby ensuring the safety and comfort of all participants.
As such, we seek your understanding on the following matters...
(i) There will be no walk-in registrations on the day itself.
(ii) There will be no further online registration or otherwise once the following seating capacity has been filled, even if this happens well before the event date:
700 auditorium seats
300 seats in overflow rooms (video transmission)
Please register early!
To ensure a safe and fair seating arrangement:
(i) Auditorium vs. overflow room seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis, NOT by order of registrations received.
i.e. A person who arrives earlier at the venue on the day itself will be allowed to fill up any available auditorium seats regardless of when his/her ticket was registered online.
(ii) There will be strictly no saving or reserving of seats permitted. To ensure that you are able to sit together with your group, you are advised to enter the seating area only after all members of the group have arrived.
(iii) It will unfortunately not be possible for those in overflow seating to obtain any refunds or discounts.
We seek your cooperation in the above so that the lectures will be a pleasant and fruitful one for all participants. Thank you for your understanding!
