By submitting this form you declare that you are aware of and agree to comply with terms and conditions for the examination. If your registration form is filled by a third party on your behalf it will be automatically assumed that these terms and conditions have been conveyed to you and ICD will not be held responsible for any ignorance or negligence on the part of the candidate:
This form will not be entertained without a payment receipt provided to ICD. If you have not uploaded the payment receipt, it is your responsibility to make sure the registration office receives that.
You are required to send the scanned copy of your ID document i-e CNIC or Passport to ICD Exam department. Call UAN 03111-999-100
Any form filled in after the deadline of the exam will not be considered.
You must bring a valid photo ID as an original passport or CNIC, which you used during registration of the exam. It is recommended that you register with a passport. If you do not bring your registering original ID; your exam will be cancelled and no refund will be made nor the exam be postponed.
No mobile phones /electronic devices are allowed in exam room
In case of withdrawal of the test the refund policy is only on the basis of medical/compassionate grounds and subject to approval by the examining body.
In case of late registration (up to 1 day after deadline) a late fee of Rs. 5000, other than the normal charges will apply
Your speaking test may or may not be on the same day as the Reading, Writing and Listening tests
You need to abide by the timings on all test dates. In case you arrive late, or do not appear your test may be cancelled without any refund
A minimum number of 6 candidates on any given date are required to commence a test. In case the minimum number is not achieved your test will automatically be postponed till the next test date. In case you want to pursue the test on the same date, the center may arrange an exclusive test for you on the same date with some surcharge payable by you.
No eatables are allowed within the exam premises. However, you may bring a medicine (if prescribed) and/or a clear water bottle (without tags)
You consent to have any photo taken by the center on the day of test. You agree for this photo to be held on the secure Cambridge English results verification site, and the photo shall only be available to organizations/ individuals that we give your details to or that you authorize to view your result via a download. You consent that these organizations and individuals can use these details to verify your examination result.
