"I am love, I am loved, I am happy, peaceful and serene, I am powerful, strong and confident. I am loving, patient and kind." You can find many helpful positive affirmations on YouTube.

    Do brain wave entrainment exercises. These include alpha, beta, delta and theta brain wave entrainment meditations. You can find them on YouTube. If necessary, try biofeedback and hypnosis.
