Note: Octanorm Booths are provided with the following accessories -

1. Spot Lights - 3 / 4 nos. (each of 100 W) for each booth depending on size.
2. Counter Table - 1 no. for each booth (1.2m x 0.6m x 0.75m).
3. Director Chair - 2 nos. for each booth.
4. Plug Point - 1 no. (5 A) for each booth.
5. Dust Bin - 1 no. for each booth.

In case of Designer Booths, only Plug Point will be provided. Other accessories will have to be borne by Exhibitor (as required).

Note: Separate each booth number options by comma (,). In case of consecutive booths, please put dash (-).

Eg. 2-5, 7, 9-12, etc.

DISCLAIMER -

1. Booth(s) in Hall A - Helipad Area have a weight limit of 400 kg / booth. Exhibitor will be required to fill self-declaration form provided in booth exhibitor guide which will be provided after confirmation of booth.
2. SIAT EXPO Committee cannot guarantee that the preferred booths will be allotted to your company.

Terms & Conditions -

1. Declaration of PAN, TAN & GSTIN is Mandatory for obtaining Tax Exemption Certificate.
2. ARAI is exempted u/s 197 of Income Tax Act, 1956 and hence it is instructed not to deduct Income Tax.
3. Booth(s) will be reserved for customer for a period of 10 working days, till which, the payment for the same is to be completed. Booth confirmation would be purely based on 100 % advance payment. Reserved booth(s) will be cancelled in case of non-payment of the advance.
4. If payment is through Cheque/DD, it is to be drawn in the name of "The Automotive Research Association of India" payable at Pune, India. The Cheque/DD is to be forwarded vide an Advice (generated in the company's finance system) specifying Cheque/DD number, ARAI generated Quotation Number, value of each, deductions (if any), etc. for expeditious Receipt processing and updating.
5. If payment is through Bank Transfer, information for NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT is as mentioned below -

6. Kindly quote our Service Order (SO) Number for all futuristic correspondence. The SO Number will be allocated on confirmation of booth(s).
7. Cancellation of stalls is allowed only up to 1 month of the event start date with 20% cancellation charges. After that, no refund will be provided in any case.
8. Please refer to the booth exhibitor guide for more information. This will be provided after confirmation of booth.
9. ARAI reserves all the rights for allocation/cancellation of booth(s).
10. Any changes in the company address given above needs to be informed to SIAT EXPO 2019 Coordinator for necessary changes.
11. All equipment exhibited at SIAT EXPO must comply with the Operational Safety, Occupational Safety and Health requirements as per any national/international standard.
