    RE: REFUND OF LALAMOVE CREDIT REQUEST

     I would like to request a full refund of the balance in my account associated with the contact number mentioned below to the bank account provided :

  • User Details:

  • Payment option:

    1. Refund back to credit/debit card used for topping up of lalamove wallet (Takes up to 14days after refund being processed)
    2. Refund credited via bank transfer within 14 working days

    ***Lalamove shall refund your wallet balance to the payment methods used for your wallet top up. (Eg; Top up via credit card - Refund via credit card)

    If we encounter issues with 1st payment option, we will then proceed to 2nd payment option.

    Charges: Admin fee of 5% of your remaining value in wallet shall be deducted from your wallet before any refund made to you.

    NO waiver will be accepted as the admin fee collected is a recovery cost on the charges incurred to us for your top ups.

  • Singapore Bank Details:

     

    For Corporate/Normal Users

    - Fill in if you top up your wallet via bank transfer or PAYNOW

    - NO need to fill in for top up via credit card

    ***Refund will be via bank transfer, NO Paynow***

  • Process to Delete Account:

    1) Submit this form "Wallet Withdrawal Form"

    2) Open Lalamove APP, Go to: Settings > Profile > Delete Account

  • ***To take Note before agreeing:

    1) Top up via credit/debit card = Refund via credit/debit card

    2) 5% admin fee will be charged with NO waiver

    3) Please re-edit the form if there are any changes to be made

    4) We do not accept any form of communication outside of this jotform
