The Race:

As part of the many races and championships handled by Udrive Academy, the 350kms Karting endurance race will be held for the first time on the PITSTOP KARTING track. It is a premiere in the world of the Lebanese Karting scene.

The race is organized in a way to make it as fair as possible by leveling the playing field. This gives new drivers/teams a competitive chance to enjoy a Karting experience taken to another level!

The race will take place on Sunday October 7th 2018 at PITSTOP Karting Zouk as Scheduled :
09:00 Administrative and Weighing
10:00 Practice Laps ( 10 laps per driver)
11:15 Qualifying ( up to 3 drivers over 30 minutes)
12:00 Start of the epic 6h endurance race
18:15 Price Giving Ceremony

Prizes :
1- 1,000 $ per team + rotax max initation + Homologated karting Gloves and Balaclava (total worth >2,000$)
2- Rotax Max Experience
3- Rotax Max Discovery

a Maximum of 1 ATCL license K holder is allowed per team

Entry terms and conditions* This field is required.Entry Fees : 1,000$ a. Entry Confirmation : Entries will only be valid after: i. The official entry form with all the drivers’ details is submitted to the organizers fully completed. ii. A down payment of 50% has been paid to Udrive Academy on first come first served basis. Until this downpayment is received, the team entry is not confirmed. If the 100% payment is not received before the event, the team does not race! iii. The 50% balance of the entry fee is paid at least 7 days prior to the race event date. b. Entry Cancellation: i. Should any entry be cancelled prior to 5 days in advance of an event then a full refund of the entry fee submitted will be made, less an administration fee of 100$. In case of any cancellation of entry within 3 days of the event, the organizers will be entitled to retain the 50% down payment. ii. Should, for whatever reason, the organizers be forced to cancel an event then the event will be rescheduled and all entries received for it will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled event.
