For eg, if your pendant is missing of a ruby, we will find you a replacement ruby.

Based on our professional evaluation of your jewelry, we endeavor to provide you with replacement gemstone(s) that are as close as possible to the quality of existing gemstone(s) on your jewelry.

Unless if you are very certain of the size of your replacement gemstone, we are only able to provide an estimate for the replacement gemstone(s) based on the images that you provde.
