Application and Licensing
1. All TupKiosks must secure approval from the Company. Approval of the application is at the discretion of the Company.
2. There is no limit in the number of TupKiosk organized by any Director.
3. Maximum one TupKiosk is allowed in one shopping mall/premise.
4. If the Company receives two or more TupKiosk application at the same mall/premise and same date, priority will be given to application submitted earlier with proof of agreement with the vendor.
5.TupKiosk must be run continuously during the approved period. In the event of any cancellation, postponement or any other changes, the Director must inform and get approval from the Company in advance.
6. The Company reserves the right to allow another Director to run another TupKiosk in the event of no-show by the initial TupKiosk applicants.
7. The application must be submitted to Eileen Yu at least 1 week in advance. Directors should only book the venue after they have secured approval from the Company.
8. Upon approval, a TupKiosk License will be issued and must be displayed at Kiosk. The License cannot be recycled for subsequent Tup Kiosks.
Display and Selling
1. TupKiosk Operators are allowed to display and sell products featured and sold officially in Tupperware Brands Singapore only.
2. All products must be sold at the retail price not lower than the last featured price (retail / SP). Price undercutting is strictly prohibited.
3. Current campaign Level Gifts / PWP / GWP items are strictly prohibited to be sold without adhering to the promotion mechanics featured in the campaign. Past campaign Level Gifts / PWP / GWP items can be sold at the full retail price.
4. TupKiosk Operators are not allowed to sell at Consultant price at the kiosk to customers and existing Consultants from other Uplines.
Image and Professionalism
1. All TupKiosks’ set up must follow the Company’s standard guidelines.
2. All TupKiosk Operators must wear the Company’s standard shirt and name tag when they are in duty. Sandals and shorts are strictly prohibited.
3. All TupKiosk Operators must provide good customer service so that the Brand is well represented. Operators who are found to be incompliance to good customer service will be barred from running the TupKiosk.
