    What started on 1st July 2018 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as a monthly movement community at the KL Car Free Weekend is now growning into a regional Asia Pacific movement powered by communities.

    What is Move8? Move8 aims to move more people in the Asia Pacific region to move it starting at the workplace, in schools and our neighbourhoods. Move8 Partners empower their employees and their families with positive lifestyle changes like group fitness training sessions and fun team/family activities.

    Movement increases national productivity. It's proven that healthy lifestyles help improve workplace well-being, decrease absenteeism, improve productivity and foster stronger relationships. When your employees get active, they’ll inevitably activate and maximise your corporate brand values too!
