We invite educators and alumni who share the vision to apply for the positions in the ICS Summer Program 2019.
The program for this year will be running from July 15 to 26, 2019 (10 school days from Monday to Friday).

Important Note
We only accept applications with a permanent resident status or a valid working visa for employment issued by the HKSARG. ICS will not apply for a working visa for summer program staff.
Please note that selected/successful candidates will be required to participate in a mandatory HK Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC).

Pay Scale for Teacher Assistant/Floater
Applicants with two or more years of university AND two or more years of relevant summer program experience |
HK$4,400 per session |
Applicants with at least one year of university AND at least one year of relevant summer program experience |
HK$3,575 per session |
Applicants who are newly graduated seniors and other applicants with no prior relevant summer program experience |

Summer Program Staff Attendance Policy
All Summer Program Director, Assistant Directors, Teachers and Teacher Assistants must be able to attend the briefing/set-up session on July 13, 2019 (Saturday morning)
July 20, 2019 (Saturday) will be a make-up day for any cancelled classes due to bad weather for the first week of the program July 15 to July 19, 2019.
All employees are required to attend the make-up day. If cancellation due to weather occurs during the second week, there will be no Saturday make-up day.
Accepting a Teaching/TA/Floater post means that the staff is available for the entire daily hours of the entire session. If staff are absent due to illness, please contact the director on the evening before. Medical check-up appointments should be made outside of session hours.
All staff are expected to attend daily devotions in a prompt and timely manner. People who are tardy without an appropriate excuse will not be considered for future summer programs.
