CRITERIA
- ABTAAL (Heroes of) EMAAR recognizes team members who live our culture, go an extra mile and stand out.
- Anyone can be nominated and participate in ABTAAL (Heroes of) EMAAR as long as they are a permanent EMAAR employee.
- There are no restrictions on how long a team member needs to have been working at EMAAR to participate.
- Team members can be nominated by their manager, peer and direct reports.
Winners will be selected based on the story and results based evidence provided in the nomination form. The more comprehensive and factual the nomination form – the better!
