This is an assessment record for both the Tenant and Landlord for the demised premises during the tenancy's Term.
It is the Tenant's responsibility if:
- Moving-in: Inform the Landlord of any discrepancy herein:
- Moving-out: Refer to the Move-in, Amendment or Audit Assessment to ensure:
- Premises is returned in same condition;
- Rectify damages/modifications at own cost; or
- Accept biiling for restoration/replacement costs involved.
IF this is an Audit Assessment which the Tenant is receiving, all add-ons/amendments shall form the Tenancy Agreement within the Term.
Refer to Tenancy Agreement 2C (Second Schedule) for:
- Full inventory listing
- Estimated service/repair/replacement costs
Please bear in mind:
- Restoration is costly. More than one contractor(s) maybe involved
- Bringing a spare key to you costs us time and resources
- Removing stickers from walls may involve repainting whole wall
- Restorations are billable to the Tenant
- Wear and tear is acceptable
