With this form, you can order Author Copies directly from the print. Our team will automatically choose the best print partner and delivery service based on your location. Filling this form doesn't obligate you to pay anything; our team will first get you a quote from the print, after which you can decide if you'd like to proceed with the order.

NOTES

- After our team receives your order via this form, we'll send you an invoice through PayPal to the email address you've provided. If you'd prefer to cancel or modify the order at that point, you can just email our team and we'll cancel / adjust the invoice accordingly

- The minimum number for Author Copies is 5 books per order. This is for the total number, so you can order copies of different books as long as the total is over 5.

- You can use this form to order a total of three variations of each book / edition type (for example, paperback or hardcover). If you need to order more, please include the additional titles in the Notes field at the end of the form.
