The Middle East will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - GCC countries (to include Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates), Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Palestine Territories and Turkey
Central and South Asia will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan
North Africa will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Mali, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia and Mauritania

Open to all government agencies that are looking to actively transform and improve the payment options available to citizens through innovative technologies and solutions.
This applies to government agencies operating in all sectors who are transforming their payment offerings by using forward-thinking technology that enhances ease-of-use, effectiveness, speed and elevates the overall citizen payment experience.
The judges will base this award on the initiative’s usability, innovation, citizen uptake and multi-channel considerations. They are looking for a payment experience that really focuses on innovation and service quality.
