The Middle East will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - GCC countries (to include Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates), Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Palestine Territories and Turkey
Central and South Asia will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan
North Africa will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Mali, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia and Mauritania
ABOUT THIS CATEGORY
This award will recognise the brand that has successfully launched a website or carried out a website relaunch since January 2018. This could be a retailer launching online for the first time, a new e-commerce platform, a bank launching a revamped online solution, a B2B platform, etc.
The judges will look specifically for a successful pre-launch campaign, the level of web traffic, the number of converted customers, the customer experience, usability, business sales and sustainability.
