TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document represents an agreement between Easyvan(SG) Pte Ltd a.k.a Lalamove Singapore (herein known as "Client"), Contractor (herein known as "Driver", whose name is signed at the end of this terms and conditions).
General
- Lalamove to conduct the installation of sticker at 60 Ubi Crescent, Ubi Techpark #01-02, Singapore 408569.
- The Driver has to complete the entire campaign period with the same vehicle to be eligible for the payouts.
- The Driver ensures that they uphold the brand image of Lalamove and maintain good driving conduct and good condition of the sticker throughout the campaign.
- Lalamove reserves the right to terminate the sticker contracts of Drivers who are caught breaking Singapore's law without prior notice.
- The Driver has to keep his or her account verified for the campaign period.
- Lalamove reserves the right to determine which sticker package are to be pasted on Drivers' vehicles.
- Lalamove reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of the sticker program without prior notice.
Campaign Period
1. Drivers are to retain the Lalamove Sticker at all times for as long as the account with us is not closed and ensure the Lalamove Stickers are fully displayed and not being obstructed by any other foreign objects such as and not limited to:
- Another brand sticker or logo
- Decal
- Vehicle modification
3. Drivers will not be allowed to paste any of Lalamove's Direct Competitors' decal on their vehicle throughout the sticker campaign. Should the drivers have any enquiries, please reach out to the sticker team whatsapp at 87558251 for any clarification.
Installation/Removal
1. All cost for installation will be covered by Lalamove
2. Installation must be done by Lalamove Personnel. Lalamove do not provide any removal services and will NOT be liable for any paint damages as a result of removal by the Driver.
3. Lalamove shall NOT be liable for any paint damages under the following conditions:
- The vehicle is NOT in original factory paint condition.
- The vehicle's paint surface has existing damage such as but not limited to scratches, dents, worn lacquer or top cost, thinning of paint layer due to age and weathering.
- The vehicle pre-existing flaws or damages prior to the installation.
- Once the vehicle has left the location after installation.
- The vehicle wrap installation process will take an estimated time of 30 - 45 minutes.
- Installation of the sticker would be done at 60 Ubi Crescent, Ubi Techpark #01-02, Singapore 408569.
4. Lalamove allows the reinstallation of the Lalamove Sticker should the driver provide any form of documentation* to justify the removal of the Lalamove Sticker. Examples of justified removal are:
- Accidents that affect the Sticker
- 3rd Party removal (eg. Mechanic)
- Change of Vehicle (Repasting of new vehicle)
- Lalamove Sticker wear and tear
*Photograph, invoice, or physical verification by our Lalamove staff.
4.1 Any reinstallation of the Lalamove Sticker without valid proof will be chargeable at the cost of 1 month of advertising fee which will be deducted from the driver's wallet or offset from the current month's sticker advertising fee as applicable.
Submission
1. The Driver will be required to submit their sticker verification every first week of the month.
2. Failure to submit or failed submission will result in a temporary suspension until a physical verification has been carried out by one of our Lalamove staff located at our office.
3. Lalamove allows drivers to resubmit their sticker verification until the submission period closes under the following conditions:
- Lalamove Sticker is not fully captured in at least one photo.
- License Plate is not fully captured in at least one photo
- The photo is taken from another device.
- Unclear or blurry photo in at least one photo.
4. Lalamove will take these submissions as a breach of agreement and will be classified as an attempt to cheat under the following conditions and not limited to:
- Photoshop
- Signs of repasting
- Tampering or modification of the Lalamove Sticker
5. Drivers found to be cheating for the verification will have a police report filed against them.
Payment
- 1. Driver with eligible sticker packages will receive an in-app mission, subjected to the conditions as stipulated with each package; driver will have to opt-in and complete the mission and be awarded a sum of $10 to $30 upon successful inspection, unless otherwise stated.
- The Driver agrees to provide monthly photograph verification within the submission window. Failure to do so will result in non-payment.
Termination
- In the event that the driver chooses to terminate his account/change of vehicle, he or she shall be liable to pay for the administrative and production charges of SGD$30 (Vans) /$70 (Lorry) through Lalamove wallet deduction to Lalamove regardless of the length of the committed period.
- Drivers with rented vehicles are to make sure the lease of their vehicle covers the entire campaign duration and to check with relevant parties if the pasting of advertisement stickers on the vehicle is allowed.
- Should the driver choose to remove the stickers, he/she
would be subjected to prevailing adjusted commission rates as depicted on (https://www.lalamove.com/en-sg/more-benefit/vehicle-sticker); commission rates may go up to 25%, or otherwise stated.
