The Middle East will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - GCC countries (to include Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates), Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Palestine Territories and Turkey
Central and South Asia will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan
North Africa will be defined by the following countries for the purpose of the award - Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Mali, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia and Mauritania

In the reality of heightened customer expectations, embracing and implementing technology that elevates customer experience and delivers a memorable shopping experience has never been so important. Innovative technology that bridges a customer’s online and offline experience or delivers a fresh new shopping experience is crucial in building repeat custom and consumer loyalty.
Judges are looking for successful technology implementation cases that demonstrate innovation, creativity and a focus on customer-centricity. Examples include unique in-store concepts, technology that supports a seamless omnichannel journey, AR, VR, POS systems and more…
