1. I assure that I am not suffering from asthmatic conditions and heart diseases and assure that I am truly fit for undergoing the tour without any difficulty
2. I will stay with my group and under all circumstances I will listen and follow instructions given by Management.
3. I will not create public nuisance by disturbing others in any form
4. Change in plan or cost may occur due to traffic jams/landslides or any other natural disaster.
5. No misbehave will be tolerated.
6. Littering, immoral, and non-civic behavior is not tolerable
7. For any unwanted situation caused by you, organizers will not be held responsible and will not be held accused in any case.
8. In case of theft, loss or damage to the personal belongings during the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case.
9. Females should be given special respect and privacy privileges in all circumstances.
10. A member needs to have prior permission before taking pictures of other members. (Especially females If found guilty of taking pictures without consent the memory card will be confiscated permanently.)
11. Travelogue shall not be held responsible for any insurance claims in case (God forbid) any accident shall happen.
12. All activities shall be done by members on their own accord and Travelogue will not be responsible for any mishaps whatsoever.
