      There are 4 simple steps below to sign up for our "No Credit Check Leasing Program." After you view the property of your choice, we need all pertinent information to ensure timely submittal of your application.

      We’ll send you a link with an attached application to fill out all the information needed to move forward with the process once you submit the Pre-qualification Form below. Once you submit your initial application, we’ll be in contact with you within 3-4 business hours in most cases to move forward. It is literally that simple!

      Step 2

      One of our Placement Coordinators will contact you directly usually within 2 business hours to confirm your Pre-Qualification Form and answer additional questions you may have.

       

      Step 3

      Your Placement Coordinator will send you the General Application link to fill out via text or email after your upfront "Processing Fee" of $559  been paid.  

       

      Step 4

      Receive an Approval Email detailing your property balance to pick up your keys on your scheduled move in date.

    • Q: Does everyone qualify for the service?

      A: No. Clients that meet our requirements have a minimum combined monthly household income of $5,000 monthly (After Taxes). Criminal backgrounds such as felonies and some misdemeanors are NOT accepted. However, we Accept All Credit Issues & Challenges.  For example, Evictions, Broken Leases, Tax Liens, & Low Credit Scores are all Accepted in the rental program.

    • Q: How long does the process take?

      A: As soon as you sign up we get started working on your behalf right away! Due to the growing need for our program it takes 24 business hours to submit your property application after initial sign up. If all documentation and information is provided at the time of sign up it depends on the apartment complex's procedure for processing applications. In most cases the process from start to finish takes about 72 business hours in total.

    • Q: What information is needed from the client?

      A: To get started we will need you to complete our pre-qualification form listed below & make a $100 payment. One of our Placement Coordinators will contact you to verify your income (check stubs or bank statement if self-employed), Driver License or State ID & SS Card. This is required so the property can verify your identity & criminal background check. We need all information at the time of application so that we can ensure a timely approval.

    • Q: Will I have to pay a deposit to move into the apartment?

      A: Normally, the complex will require less than 50% of the rent amount or a month and a half when approving our clients to bypass your credit check. 

      For Example, in a apartment complex if the rent is $2,000 monthly the deposit is usually less than $500 or equal to 1 month rent. If you apply for a complex in downtown Los Angeles and the rent is $4,000 the deposit will be closer to the first month's rent or up to $6000 (deposit).

    • Q: Will the property still deny me based on my credit?

      A: No. By the time clients come to us they have wasted on average $700 in application fees trying to get approved on their own. Let us use our established business credit to ease the process of finding your new home. 

      You will be responsible for our Non-Refundable Corporate Deposit equal to 1 month rent as well as your deposit you have to pay.  For example, if your rent is $2k/month.  Your deposit will be $4k (Occupant & Corporate Deposit Combined) plus your rent to move in equals $6k total move in cost plus applicable fees such as app, admin etc...

    • Q: Am I able to apply at a property that I have applied to before in the past?

      A: No. We require that you choose and provide us with another property so that we can get you approved as soon as possible. We have learned from experience that it is best to just start from a clean slate versus re-applying.

    • Q: Does this process work with single family rental properties as well?

      A: Yes. Doesn’t matter whether it’s a Single family, townhome or an apartment, we could apply for you.

      Q: What if this does not work?

      A: There has never been a situation where we did not get a client approved. We work with our clients until they are in a home and satisfied with their outcome. 

    • Q: How long have you all been in business?

      A: We have been in business since 1998. With over two decades of experience in credit repair, financing and lending.

    • Q: Does the apartment complex need to know that I am using a co-signer?

      A: No. Once you tour the property and make a decision on where you want your new home to be, we take care of the rest. There is no need to do anything besides touring the property. You are hiring us to make the transition easier and that is what we intend to do.

    • Q: Does my significant/ roommate need to pay for the service as well?

      A: No, our Approval Fee is based on your rent amount per person.

    • Q: What if I do not make the required $5,000 monthly income?

      A: The apartment complex needs to make sure that the house hold income is at least 2.5 times the rent and in some cases 3 times the rent. If you have a roommate, spouse or significant other that will be living in the apartment as well, mention that to your credit specialist to make sure we calculate the Net household income.

    • Q: What if I am denied for the apartment after signing up for your service?

      A: Our company will be the "applicant" on the application as well as the "tenant" on the lease.  There is No Credit Check for you!

      Our Corporate Entity has excellent credit to help you get “Approved.” We help you rent townhomes, apartments, and single-family properties within our nationwide database of realtors and management companies we currently work with. Upon completing this Pre-Qualification Form below, we'll connect you with several options to rent in your area of choice regardless of your past or recent credit challenges due to evictions, broken leases, low credit score or foreclosure, etc…

      In order to pre-qualify for our rental program, you must fill out our Pre—Pre-Qualification Form below with your $100 payment. You will receive a phone call from one of our Placement Coordinators to start your file within 4 business hours after you make your $100 payment upon completion of the form below. 

      You will be responsible for paying the monthly rent, required deposits, and other fees related to your property upon approval.  We have a  Monthly Recurring $200 "Risk Insurance Fee."  This fee is paid separately from your rent amount.  You will be invoiced monthly on the 25th of each month for the duration of your rental lease contract for $200 per month.
