      Getting approved through our No Credit Check Leasing Program is simple. Just follow these four steps:

      Step 1 – Complete Pre-Qualification Form


      Complete the Pre-Qualification Form below and submit your $100 Pre-Qualification Payment to open your file.

      Step 2 – Coordinator Call


      A Placement Coordinator will contact you—usually within 2 business hours—to confirm your form, review details, and answer any questions.

      Step 3 – General Application


      After your $300 Application Fee is received, your Placement Coordinator will send you a link (via text or email) to complete the General Application to list your chosen property and submit additional required documents for approval.

      Step 4 – Approval & Move-In


      Receive an Approval Email with your final property balance and instructions for picking up your keys on your scheduled move-in date.

    • Q: Does Everyone Qualify for the Service?  No, unless you meet the following criteria below:

      Income: Minimum combined household income of $5,000/month after taxes.


      Criminal Background: Felonies and misdemeanors are accepted case by case with an additional $1,000 fee.

      Credit: All credit challenges are accepted, including evictions, broken leases, tax liens, bankruptcy, charge offs, and low credit scores.

    • Q: How Long Does the Process Take?  We start working on your behalf immediately after you sign up.

      Application Submission: Within 24 business hours of your initial sign-up (if all documentation is provided).

      Processing Time: Depends on the apartment community’s procedures.


      Typical Timeline: Most applicants are fully approved within about 72 business hours from start to finish.

    • Q: What Information Do I Need to Provide?


      A: To get started, you’ll need to:

      Complete our Pre-Qualification Form and submit the $300 payment.
      Verification of income — provide recent pay stubs or, if self-employed, a bank statement and/or tax information. 

      Provide ID — a valid driver’s license or state ID and Social Security card.

      This information is required for the property to verify your identity and run a criminal background check. Providing all documents upfront ensures a faster approval.

    • Q: Will I have to pay a deposit to move into the apartment?

      A: Normally, the complex will require less than 50% of the rent amount or a month and a half when approving our clients to bypass your credit check. 

      For Example, in a apartment complex if the rent is $2,000 monthly the deposit is usually less than $500 or equal to 1 month rent. If you apply for a complex in downtown Los Angeles and the rent is $4,000 the deposit will be closer to the first month's rent or up to $6000 (deposit).

    • Q: Will the property still deny me based on my credit?

      A: No. By the time clients come to us they have wasted on average $700 in application fees trying to get approved on their own. Let us use our established business credit to ease the process of finding your new home. 

      You will be responsible for our Non-Refundable Corporate Deposit equal to 1 month rent as well as your deposit you have to pay.  For example, if your rent is $2k/month.  Your deposit will be $4k (Occupant & Corporate Deposit Combined) plus your rent to move in equals $6k total move in cost plus applicable fees such as app, admin etc...

    • Q: Am I able to apply at a property that I have applied to before in the past?

      A: No. We require that you choose and provide us with another property so that we can get you approved as soon as possible. We have learned from experience that it is best to just start from a clean slate versus re-applying.

    • Q: Does this process work with single family rental properties as well?

      A: Yes. Doesn’t matter whether it’s a Single family, townhome or an apartment, we could apply for you.

      Q: What if this does not work?

      A: There has never been a situation where we did not get a client approved. We work with our clients until they are in a home and satisfied with their outcome. 

    • Q: How long have you all been in business?

      A: We have been in business since 1998. With over two decades of experience in credit repair, financing and lending.

    • Q: Does the apartment complex need to know that I am using a co-signer?

      A: No. Once you tour the property and make a decision on where you want your new home to be, we take care of the rest. There is no need to do anything besides touring the property. You are hiring us to make the transition easier and that is what we intend to do.

    • Q: Does my significant/ roommate need to pay for the service as well?

      A: No, our Approval Fee is based on your rent amount per person.

    • Q: What if I do not make the required $5,000 monthly income?

      A: The apartment complex needs to make sure that the house hold income is at least 2.5 times the rent and in some cases 3 times the rent. If you have a roommate, spouse or significant other that will be living in the apartment as well, mention that to your credit specialist to make sure we calculate the Net household income.

    • Q: What if I am denied for the apartment after signing up for your service?

      A: Our company will be the "applicant" on the application as well as the "tenant" on the lease.  There is No Credit Check for you!

      Additional Program Details


      You are responsible for monthly rent, required deposits, and any property fees upon approval.
      A $200 Monthly Risk Insurance Fee will be billed separately on the 25th of each month for the duration of your lease.
      Approval & property fees (application, admin, deposits, etc.) are typically due within 2–3 business days after applying.
