    Good day, Marian! Due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, the Alumni Affairs Office would like to assist you in the procurement of your “UNIVERSITY CLEARANCE,” as a requirement for your application for Official Transcript of Records/Diploma and other Academic Records.

    Students who have accountabilities, however, must first settle their obligations to the University before applying for an online clearance

  • vi.      A student who incurs an accountability after a certificate of clearance has been issued will have to
              settle said accountability and re-apply.

    vii.      The processing of clearance applications officially starts once the student submits his/her paid
              application form (The Alumni Affairs Office will provide the bank account for the online payment.)
